Ecomuseum of Firemen

It is the irst and only museum dedicated to the firemen in Essonne.
The ecomuseum named "La Passion du Rouge" opened in 2016 and gathers a nice collection of tools, vehicles, outfits and uniforms of firemen. Those objects are from different periods and make us travel throughout time to see how the profession evolved.

Several showrooms display those objects and show how firemen are working in their everyday life but also in the past.
