Independent gîte, classified as 2* furnished holiday accommodation, for 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults / 2 children) in a very cosy, peaceful setting.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided (standard size 50*70cm), as well as household linen ;-)

Linen and room cleaning are carried out using 100% natural and certified products to protect your health.
Washable sponges, washing-up liquid and 100% natural detergent are available.

An electricity charge of 8 kWh/day is included. Any excess will be charged at the current rates (without subscription). As the gîte is very well insulated, the excess is often minimal, and you are simply invited to manage the heating sensibly.

The gîte has a small, grassy, unfenced area with a small table (small road to cross). In addition, our large grounds of over one hectare (20 metres away) are completely accessible to you: outdoor games such as pétanque, molky, shuffleboard, table tennis, table football, balls, etc. orchard, vegetable garden, picnic table, swing, chickens, sheep, etc.

Ideal location as a starting point for numerous tourist activities:numerous walks starting less than 20 minutes away, as well as cycle rides starting on site and less than 20 minutes away, canoeing and kayaking (5 minutes by car), boating on the Loire (15 minutes by car), visits to châteaux (Saumur, Angers, Brissac, Montgeoffroy, Brézé, etc.), vineyards (15 minutes by car), Doué-la-Fontaine zoo, troglodyte sites (15 minutes by car), mushroom beds, etc.
