Forest of Nemours
Description
Located behind the Departmental Museum of Prehistory of Ile-de-France, the Nemours communal forest, also known as the "Rocher Vert" forest, offers walkers various walks accessible on foot or by bicycle.
Picnic areas are also set up in the heart of the forest.
Walking along the GR13 trails you can discover many views, old sand quarries, and rocks with unusual shapes and evocative names, such as the Bibendum, the Monkey's Head, the Flying Rock ...
