Sentier des Coteaux - La seconde enceinte

The second set of city walls (13th Century) enclosed an area of 200 hectares and had 10 gates. This part has been altered little since it was built and is made up of locally mined coal sandstone. There are also a few blocks of limestone, taken from nearby buildings.
