All shops within 2 minutes' walk (bakery, market, Super U, etc.), activities, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, or by bike thanks to the many cycle paths.
Very spacious and intimate in its layout, you will appreciate :
A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 cm) with washbasin and private shower.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, also equipped with a private shower.
A family bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds.
Another shower room with a shower, washbasin and WC.
The relaxation and library area becomes a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
Top-of-the-range equipment throughout the house (fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer + a 2nd fridge in the utility room, coffee machine + Nespresso, toaster, kettle). Everything you need!
The terrace is equipped with a garden table and armchairs for 10 people, a parasol and a plancha.
Private parking with electric gate and free spaces available in front of the house.
The bedding is of very good quality.
