Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in this gîte with swimming pool, 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou. Ideal for a weekend or a week's rest for just the two of you, and for taking in the sights in the surrounding area: Nantes and its famous machines 45 minutes away, the Oriental Park at Maulévrier 20 minutes away, the Tuscan-style town of Clisson 30 minutes away, and the Château de Tiffauges. The beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne can be reached in 1h15.

Anne and Frédéric welcome you to the extension of their house and make their heated swimming pool available to you from the end of May to the end of September (to be shared with the owners - 5mx9m - 1.20m to 1.80m deep - secure cover).

Bright, independent gîte of 32m², entirely on one level, comprising :
- a 16m² bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, television, 2 armchairs and a small coffee table
- a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, small fridge-freezer, filter and pod coffee makers, microwave, washing machine, mini-oven, toaster (no dishwasher)) with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
- shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer, iron.
- Separate WC

Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue in the shared garden with the owners.

For your comfort, everything is included: beds made on arrival, towels and table linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning.

Shops within walking distance (800m): bakery, supermarket, tobacconist's, chemist's, restaurant, etc. - Parking in the enclosed courtyard - Bicycle shed - Wifi Internet connection.
