This building is one of the oldest in the community. Its construction has been dated to the winter of 1644-1645. The facades and the roof were listed in 1982. The restoration has meant that a large part of the original half timbered walls has been preserved. Those in very poor condition were replaced using the same materials but with modern techniques.
