Jérémy Tessier welcomes you to his aquaculture farm "Tess Spiruline" to help you discover the Mauges' first home-grown spirulina, a blue algae with a host of benefits.

Spirulina is grown in greenhouses in water tanks containing water, salt, bicarbonate and nutrients suitable for spirulina production. Growth varies according to light and heat. It is harvested early in the morning, when it is most concentrated. After filtering, pressing and shaping into spaghetti, the spirulina is dried at low temperature. This method preserves all the nutritional qualities of spirulina.
