At the foot of the Pyrenees, detached former farmhouse with enclosed garden and close to numerous tourist attractions

This gîte has been completely renovated by Joël, the owner, who recently installed new chestnut shutters from the Tarn-et-Garonne region and a balcony in one bedroom. Joël's parents moved to this hamlet in 1946 to expand their dairy farm. The owner's mother used to bake bread in the oven in the living room.
From the gîte, a footpath takes you into the forest (lake and wildlife observation post). Possibility of fishing in the lake.
In the countryside in the heart of the Comminges-Pyrénées region, close to many tourist attractions: the Garonne river is 3km away (Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route, Via Garona hiking trail linking Toulouse to Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, TransGarona cycling trail linking Val d'Aran to Toulouse), Boussens train station is 6km away, the Aurignacian forum museum is 9km away, the Abbaye de Bonnefont en Comminges is 9km away, as is Martres-Tolosane and its earthenware, the casino, thermal baths and golf course at Salies-du-Salat are 11km away, the Cazères water sports centre (wake-boarding, buoy pulling) is 17km away and Saint-Gaudens is 26km away.
