Charming gîte in a haven of peace with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees! Come and breathe in the Pyrenean Piedmont, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the garden, natural stone swimming pool and jacuzzi. This superb gîte sleeps 15.

You can also take advantage of the beautiful park with its trees and flowers, as well as its perched cabin (with a double bed) in a magnificent lime tree.

Our gîte has 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm), 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)), 4 bathrooms with separate WCs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you can enjoy a barbecue, a bread oven, a swimming pool, a spa with sun loungers, a boules pitch, table football and table tennis. Private car park.

If you wish, by prior arrangement, the owner, who is a passionate caterer, can offer you delicious home-cooked meals based on local produce and with a touch of Italian flavour (starter, main course and dessert at €30/person, wine included).

Just an hour from Toulouse, you'll find plenty of ideas for outings in the surrounding area to enjoy the Pyrenean Piedmont or the mid-range mountains. You'll be able to go hiking in the Pyrenees, as well as cycling or mountain biking (with a dedicated electric charging point at Arnauld Guilhem), with the ski resorts of Le Mourtis and Guzet nearby. We're just a stone's throw from Bonnefont Abbey, one of the region's must-sees, but you can also visit the medieval town of Saint-Bertrand de Comminges or the spa town of Salies-Du-Salat, or the Aurignacian museum...

We'll take care of everything with impeccable quality and the best prices, and we'll prepare traditional but original creations with local and Italian flavours with passion.
We offer our catering service at your home, in your company or in our magnificent gîte in Proupiary (31) with access to our charming house, swimming pool and jacuzzi in a green area with a view of the Pyrenees. Private use of our gîte with catering service: 500€ for the gîte + from 30€/pers. depending on the catering service required...
