Come and enjoy the Pyrenean Piedmont! Situated at an altitude of 800 metres in the Comminges, in the heart of the Pyrenees, our gîte welcomes you to a peaceful, leafy setting. Come and recharge your batteries in peace and quiet, enjoy the garden and relax in the above-ground swimming pool in summer. This superb gîte, which sleeps 15, is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The gîte comprises 2 buildings (house + barn) linked on the first floor by a pleasant footbridge.

On the first floor, the house has :
3 spacious bedrooms and a mezzanine
- Bedroom 1: 1 x 160 cm bed and a 120 cm sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2: 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed.
- Bedroom 3: 1 x 140 cm bed.
- Mezzanine above the living room: 1 sofa bed (140 cm).

On the ground floor you will find :
- A bathroom (bath, shower and WC) .
- Separate WC with laundry area (washing machine).
- A lounge with wood-burning stove.
- A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) with wood burner.

Upstairs, the barn comprises :
2 bedrooms, a dormitory and a lounge
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm).
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) plus a cot.
- Dormitory: 1 bed in 160 and 3 beds in 90.
- A large living room with panoramic views, heated by a wood-burning stove.

Ground floor:
- A bedroom with a 120cm sofa bed.
- A fitted kitchen.
- A bathroom (bath and shower).
- Separate WC with laundry area.

Enjoy a large enclosed relaxation area with 3 large terraces:
- A barbecue + plancha.
- An above-ground swimming pool (open in summer).
- A petanque area.
- Table football and table tennis.
- A trampoline and children's swing.
- Dry toilets.
- Private car park.

In the village: a tennis court, basketball court and mini football pitch free of charge.

Just 1 hour from Toulouse, our gîte is the ideal base for exploring the Pyrenean Piedmont and the Midi-Pyrenees. Go hiking, cycling or mountain biking (electric charging points in the village). The ski resorts of Le Mourtis and Luchon-Super Bagnères are close by for your winter breaks...
