Ground floor shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.
1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 bed.
2 small bedrooms upstairs: 1 with a pull-out bed (2 models 90 x 190) and 1 with a 90 x 190 bed.

Terrace with barbecue and garden.
Heated swimming pool, shared with the small gîte (times to be arranged).
