Whether you are a wine enthusiast or simply a wine lover, you will find THE grape variety that will fill your chalice: white, red, grey, rosé, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Gewurztraminer, Merlot... not forgetting our excellent Moselle wine producers, of course!
And if wine is not your thing, don't worry, Bertrand and Gwen have got it covered! Fruit juice, beer, lemonade and even cola are all local!
Your hosts make it a point of honour to serve you ONLY local products, and you'll soon realise this when you discover the menu they've concocted for you.
Raclette à la bougie, cheese fondue (only in winter), charcuterie platter, black pudding sandwiches, friends' platter: it's really good, tasty and copious... and it's local! Cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, salads, ice creams, everything is produced less than 20 km away and for that alone, we applaud you!
As for the desserts, they are made with love by Bertrand himself and chhhh..ut, just between us: he even won the 1st prize for the best cheese tart at the Neunkirchen patronal festival, no less!
