Fontaine Vauban
Description
According to legend, this former village washhouse was once the fountain where babies were born. In the 17th century, this fountain was used to supply the Phalsbourg garrison with drinking water, as it taps three springs. A remarkable monument in the village of Hultehouse, this fountain is steeped in history and represents both a legend and a must-see in this high-altitude village.
