In a sober, contemporary atmosphere, Les 7 offers meticulous cuisine and service. Aniseed aromas, preserved lemons, aromatic herbs and saffron are just some of chef Cyril Auboiroux's guilty pleasures. His concept? To offer a menu that changes every month and evolves with the seasons.
