The 80m² apartment includes a large 36m² living room with a double sofa bed (160x200) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with small appliances (coffee maker, Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stone grill and raclette grill, and oil-free fryer). Two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, electric towel dryer, and hairdryer. A laundry room with a washing machine and freezer is also available. The balcony offers a large, south-facing 12m² terrace with garden furniture, 3 deckchairs, and a barbecue. A bicycle storage room (enclosed) is also available.

Beds are made upon arrival. Bathroom linens are available upon request. Cleaning fees vary based on the number of nights.
