Description
Situated at the gateway to the Dordogne area and 5 minutes from Villeréal, a 13th century bastide, as well as the Ganne lake, ideal for fishing. You will be charmed by this green, calm and serene setting. The swimming pool is private, covered, 10m by 5m. You can relax on the garden furniture and deckchairs, see the ponies and benefit from the precious advice of the owners, Patrick and Marie.
The gîte has a summer kitchen with barbecue, plancha, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 beds in 140 and 2 beds in 90 in mezzanine. On the ground floor, there is a shower room, separate WC, a very well equipped kitchen-living room. There is a garage for a small car, motorbike or bicycle. The property has large shaded green spaces, woods and meadows. Animals accepted under certain conditions as there are cats and ponies on site. The owners live nearby.
