T2 apartment, on the second floor with elevator of a residence located at the marina. You'll have a 90cm alcove bed as well as an independent bedroom with a 140cm bed, a kitchenette and a living room opening onto the east-facing balcony for sunny breakfasts. There's a parking space and a private, lockable cellar on the ground floor for bikes and boards. The cycle and pedestrian path is at the foot of the residence and provides easy access to the beaches, the Hossegor marine lake and the town centers of Capbreton and Hossegor. Restaurants, small shops and the free shuttle bus (in summer) are all close to the residence. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival. Rates vary according to period, from 300 to 500 euros per week, including tourist tax.
