SIMSERHOF - AN INVINCIBLE FORT ON THE MAGINOT LINE
The Simserhof, one of the most important forts on the Maginot Line.
Built in the 30’s, the Simserhof gives an impressive vision of the Maginot Line. Take a trip back in time during a two hour visit. You will be absorbed by this passionate story.
Discover the underground barracks which is full of memorabilia left by the 876 men. Discover the sleeping quarters, the kitchens, the infirmary, the sanitary block and the headquarters as well as the firing chamber with its wartime sound effects. Reservations recommended.
