Description

Our comfortable and warm mountain chalet, open to all, is located above the village of Gavarnie. In the middle of nature and away from the tourist hustle and bustle, it is an ideal base camp. Summer and winter, you can practice your favorite mountain activities: hiking, skiing, snowshoeing.

We are a few steps from the famous and impressive circus of Gavarnie, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a natural and cultural landscape. Our accommodation is typical of Pyrenean barns, once used to guard herds. In the middle of nature and far from the tourist hustle and bustle, it is a base camp of choice for your activities. The guardian of the place welcomes you with all the good humor and dynamism that characterizes him. He will be happy to advise you on your itinerary: GR10, Haute Route des Pyrénées, Brèche de Roland. For climbers, school sites, rinds and large routes are easily accessible. Mountaineers will try their hand at climbing Taillon or Gabiétou. In winter, you can enjoy the Gavarni-Gèdre estate.
