Description
At the crossroads of the Maurienne, the Vallée Etroite, and Nevache, a site nevertheless isolated in a "high mountain" valley softened by the presence of the lakes of Ste Marguerite.

The easy approach walk, the mountain lakes and the gentle alpine pastures that surround the refuge are conducive to a first discovery of the mountain environment. Charline and Ludovic, a couple of friendly young caretakers, welcome and advise families and hikers on their way to the ascent of Mount Thabor (3178 m).
