On the ground floor: an entrance to the dining room with decorative fireplace, access to the sheltered terrace, a fitted kitchen, a laundry area, a 75 m² lounge/activity room, a corridor with sanitary facilities and two bedrooms with shower rooms and WC.
On the first floor: a corridor leading to two bedrooms with shower rooms and separate WC. Outside: two covered terraces, a shaded terrace, swimming pool, petanque ground and table tennis. A swing for the little ones. Wooded grounds of 3000 m².
