A 4-day star trek around the famous hamlet of La Bérarde, nicknamed the "Mecca of mountaineering", in the heart of the Ecrins National Park. This tour is aimed at good walkers.
Description
Day 1 : La Bérarde - Vallon des Étançons (via Plaret Gény)
730m D+ / 3h30 walk / 7 km. Night at the Châtelleret Refuge.
2nd day : Le Châtelleret - La Bérarde - Temple Écrins
700m D+ / 4h30 walk / 12 km. Night at the Temple Écrins Refuge, fully renovated since 2018.
Day 3: Temple Écrins - Chardon valley - Le Carrelet
700m D+ / 3h30 walk / 7 km. Night at the Carrelet refuge.
OPTION AVAILABLE: DISCOVERY OF ALPINE (half day guided tour from the Temple Ecrins hut to the Col de la Temple)
4th day : Le Carrelet - Vallon des Etages - La Bérarde
640m D+ / 3h walk / 9 km
