This big house is perfect for family holidays. It is located in Lalouvesc, small village of 1100 meters high. You can hike in forest, discover the mountains and enjoy the point of view, can swim in the rivers or gorges, can play tennis on the playground of AFTL (the owner's house are voluntaries of the tennis association), can do pony -trekking on the top of the village. The cyclists are welcomed (the bikes can be sheltered). There are also 2 golfs in the neighbourhood: one in Annonay and the other one in Chambon sur Lignon. In the village of St Bonnet le Froid (around 10 kms), you can find a 3 stars restaurant (Marcon), a wine cellar and a lot of food shops.
