Houffalize, Belgian mountain-bike capital

Houffalize is the start point for some wonderful circuits through the Two Ourthes National Park, and offers all sorts of accommodation, food and drink to visitors. It is internationally well-known as the home of “La Chouffe” beer and as the Belgian “Mountain-Bike Capital” because it hosts a round of the UCI Mountain-Bike World Cup each year. The town also offers prize-winning floral decorations and the Aqua L’O swimming pool.
