Animal Park and playground

Located on the Deister plateau, the park countains red deer, wild sheep, pheasant,, wild boar, wolves and farm animals. Accesible by car or via a waymarked footpath (Number 4).This 10-hectare (25-acre) natural park gives you the opportunity to observe the inhabitants of our forests, together with their close relatives on the farm. Along a 1.5-km (about 1 mile) walking trail, in an environment similar to their natural habitat, you will meet a herd of fallow deer, stags, mountain sheep, aurochs, boar with their young, wolves, lynx, foxes, racoons, pheasant, eagle owls⤦ Afterwards, stop and say hello to the familiar animals on our mini-farm, and take the time to enjoy the natural space of the tavern terrace, overlooking the playground.
