

As organic producers, Emeline and Stan are an exception in the Nord-Mayenne region, where ewe farms are rare. Their Lacaune ewes collect an average of 1 litre of milk a day: it's not much, but it's very good quality milk. They then process it to make tomme, sweet ewe's milk, fromage frais or spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs, butter, brousse, yoghurts and chocolate dessert creams.
Farm sales on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm from March to the end of December.
