Specialities of the week
Starting every Thursday, a French tradition comes to life at the Brasserie du Centre with our unmissable moules-frites. Choose from delicious marinière sauce or rich Roquefort to accompany our French bouchot mussels. This offer is available all year round, adding a special touch to your Thursday and Friday evenings.

Special evenings
On Thursday and Friday evenings, in addition to our regular menu, we offer two unique experiences: Savoyard fondue and traditional raclette. These comforting dishes, prepared with quality cheeses, create a festive and relaxed atmosphere from November onwards.
