Situated 40 minutes south of Toulouse and less than 1 hour from the Pyrenees and Spain, and very close to the Garonne river where the pilgrim route to Santiago de Compostela passes, this place is close to many activities and visits: Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze is 4km away (with its remarkable market, shops, restaurants and cinema), the Noé-Longages train station is 6km away, the Source Wake-Park in Carbonne is 13km away (wake-boarding, canoeing) and one of France's most beautiful detours, Rieux-Volvestre, is 18km away.

Adjoining the owner's private residence, where 2 guest rooms are located, the gîte is 70m2 in size and comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with office space for teleworking, a living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed 160*200cm with desk) and a shower room with shower and WC. A steep staircase leads to a bedroom (1 double bed 140*190cm and 2 single beds 90*190cm, reversible air conditioning) and a WC with washbasin. Electric heating. Washing machine shared with the owner.
Hikers' package: the owner can come and pick you up in Montaut, offer you overnight accommodation and breakfast as well as a fitness massage.
