Apollon
Description
Grand papillon blanc peu craintif aux taches rouges et noires, l’Apollon est facile à voir dès la mi-juin jusqu'à la fin juillet. Il pond sur l’orpin blanc, plante vivace aux fleurs blanches vivant dans les éboulis et les pierriers. L'Apollon mâle naît bien avant la femelle et l'attend patiemment afin de procréer. A noter qu’il bénéficie d'une protection nationale : sa capture, son transport et sa destruction sont donc interdits.
