The Cucherons mountain located 2km southeast of the village culminates at 803m. Its summit is referred to as "Tumulus" because of its rocky spur shape, which Abbot Didelot had mistaken for a tumulus. From this place, it is possible to admire a magnificent panorama allowing to discover the valleys of the Moselle and the Moselotte. There is also an orientation table and a paragliding take-off runway.
Access: Take the direction of Table d'Orientation and climb quietly among the houses and chalets hung on the hill then in front of a renovated farmhouse, lost in the middle of the firs. Go along a wooden basin, further on leave the main road, for a descent towards the Stele of the Aviator, and continue to the point of view to enjoy the panorama on the junction of the valleys of the Moselle and the Moselotte with Remiremont in the background. It is possible in good weather to see the ridges of the Vosges
