

Born in Nantes and raised by the sea, our passions for food and wine were forged during our hotel school careers.
The sommelier qualification introduced us to the world of wine in 2017. Since then, the journey has continued.
Le Louis XV in Monaco, Le Saint James in Bouliac, La Mare aux Oiseaux and La Maison d'à Côté are just some of the places where we have acquired our knowledge and professionalism.
The glouglou adventure became obvious after a few years. We wanted to create a place that felt like home to us, close to the table settings of our childhood, and where the talent of the winemakers would be showcased.
Our cuisine is designed around seasonal produce.
It's inspired by local influences, seafood and fruit and vegetables grown in the region.
It's a family-style, modern cuisine that's great for sharing, and a simple way to enjoy a meal.
The wine list currently boasts 500 references.
