To reach your room, you will pass through an ancient gate and drive through the park for 400 metres (a majestic climb) before arriving at the château. Set in 9 hectares of parkland (an exceptional vantage point!), you will discover the historic home of the Veuve AMIOT, creator of a house of Fines Bulles in 1884. Ideally situated between Angers and Saumur, between the famous vineyards and their tasting cellars or the horses of the Cadre Noir, you will be warmly welcomed by Isabelle, the owner.

Each room (Colette, Ernest or the Suite Amiot) sleeps 2 or 3, and has a view over a large courtyard... and the Loire. A courtesy tray awaits you in your room, along with a welcome gift. In the garden, you can enjoy the jacuzzi area, available on reservation (access at an additional cost).

The building housing the guest rooms has a lounge-library-TV area on the ground floor (shared with other guests). The entrance is separate from the entrance to the owners' home.
For breakfast, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast served in the large dining room or on the terrace.

If you're a cyclist (the property is located in the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, on the La Loire à Vélo / La Vélo Francette itinerary), a dedicated room is at your disposal and your bikes can be parked under cover.

Also on site (and open to all) is an ice-cream and drinks shop and a shop selling decorative items (www.glacierroyal.fr). A delightful stopover on the banks of the Loire...

Lazy days on the estate, of course... and plenty of visits in the surrounding area, on foot, by bike or by car, such as traditional boat trips on the Loire, cycling circuits and loops, discovering vineyards, troglodyte sites, châteaux, charming villages...
