The accommodation is adjoining the owner's home, where you can enjoy a wine tasting to discover his production. What better way to immerse yourself in the winemaking culture of Anjou and Layon!

On the ground floor, you'll find 60 m² of living space with a large living room, a bright lounge with television and sofas, and a fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace and vineyards.

A corridor leads to the shower room with double washbasin unit, walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people.

Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed, and a bathroom with double washbasin unit, large shower and wc.

Outside, there is a 30m² terrace where you can enjoy your meals under the shelter of the arbour (woven resin garden furniture). There is a large barbecue and children's play equipment (swing and slide). The private, enclosed grounds cover around 200m². In front of the gîte, a parking area is reserved for you.

From this holiday rental in the vineyards, you will be 20 minutes from Doué-en-Anjou with its Biopark and numerous troglodyte sites to discover, 25 minutes from Chemillé-en-Anjou and Maulévrier with the Oriental Park, 40 minutes from Cholet, 45 minutes from Center Parc "Le Bois aux Daims" where you can spend a day and enjoy the large aquatic centre in particular. 50 minutes from the gîte, don't miss the famous Puy du Fou!
