The restaurant ‘Le Casse-Croûte du Val-Dieu’ is housed in the monks' former stables, built in 1623. Here you'll find all the Val-Dieu beers served on draught, brewed in the other wing of the farmyard. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the menu favours regional products: apple juice, syrup and cold meats from Aubel, bread made with flour from the Val-Dieu mill, fish from the Commanderie, cheeses from Herve and many other delights.
