Description
Savez-vous planter les choux, comme dit la chanson… En tout cas, le nom Choulières indiquerait un lieu planté de choux et par extension un lieu où on cultivait des légumes. L’abandon de l’agriculture en montagne a modifié le paysage : les champs et les prairies de fauche servent maintenant de prés pour les ovins, dont les troupeaux sont de plus en plus gros.
