Réserve intégrale du Lauvitel
Description
La réserve intégrale du Lauvitel, créée le 9 mai 1995, est la première de France dans un Parc national. Elle se situe au fond du vallon, qui est propriété de l’Etat depuis 1980. Cet espace, soustrait à toute activité humaine, sert de pôle d'observation scientifique de l'évolution des milieux à long terme. Végétation, animaux, eau, climat… y sont étudiés et comparés aux données d’autres sites. L’accès à la réserve est donc strictement interdit, sauf pour les besoins scientifiques.
