L'aigle royal, mascotte des Ecrins
Description
Le site du Petit Tabuc est un territoire de nidification très favorable à l'aigle royal. L'aigle royal compte parmi les espèces protégées considérées comme rares en Europe. L'importance des populations recensées dans le massif des Ecrins confère au Parc une responsabilité particulière dans la conservation de l'espèce. Des comptages sont organisés régulièrement depuis 1985 ainsi qu'un suivi fin de la reproduction, des causes de perturbation et de la mortalité.
