Tichodrome
Description
Il se peut que lors de la montée finale sous le col, votre oreille perçoive des sifflements aigus. Si la chance vous sourit, vous pourrez admirer l'auteur de cette mélodie : le tichodrome échelette, un très bel oiseau rouge, blanc et noir. Défiant la verticalité, le tichodrome s'aide de ses pattes aux longs doigts pourvus de griffes pour prospecter les parois à la recherche d'insectes et d'araignées. Son long bec fin lui permet ensuite de les déloger des anfractuosités du rocher.
