Le tardon
Description
Le tardon est un agneau élevé sous la mère dans les alpages du massif des Ecrins. Chaque automne la foire agricole de Champolléon célèbre le tardon. Cet événement met le pastoralisme à l'honneur et rassemble les éleveurs, bergers et le grand public. Au programme : vente de moutons, marché des producteurs, repas à base de tardon et animations.
