Description
Communément appelé merle de roche, le monticole mâle se fait remarquer par ses couleurs vives et contrastées et son chant des plus mélodieux. Africain l'hiver, alpien l'été, ce magnifique migrateur choisit des milieux ouverts au-dessus des forêts pour chanter sur des perchoirs rocheux et nicher dans les éboulis et les anfractuosités des rochers.
