Moulin du Casset
Description
Le bâtiment presque construit "sur" la Guisane est l’ancien moulin du Casset. Ses trois jeux de meules ont fonctionné jusqu’au début des années cinquante. On y produisait de la "farine belle" (blé) pour la pâtisserie, une farine plus grossière pour le "pain doux" (blé et seigle) et du gruau d’orge pour la soupe. Le son et l’orge étaient donnés aux vaches, poules et cochons. Le blé, plus fragile, ne pousse pas bien en altitude : les habitants de la vallée devaient donc l’acheter.
