Bow string bridge
Description
Built in 1951, at the same time as the Ban la Dame site where the Pompey steelworks wire mill is located, the Bow String bridge linked the two banks of the plant. Equipped with rails, it enables semi-finished products leaving the plant's rolling mills to reach the wire mill and south mill trains on the other side of the Moselle.
