Manoir de Bel Air
Description
Situé sur la rive nord de l’Aber-Ildut, le Manoir de Bel Air a été édifié par Francois de Kerengar, sur une terre reçue à l’occasion de son mariage en 1585 avec Louise de Kerbescat. Sa construction dura environ 14 ans, jusqu’en 1599.
Bâti en plan carré, autour d’une cour fermée, son architecture est typique des constructions fortes du bas moyen-âge breton. Son organisation défensive s’explique par la proximité de la mer, source de dangers.
