LA MAISON AU DOMAINE DU NAIL, GÎTE 6 PERS

The Domaine de Nail gîte has lovely, light-filled rooms on 2 levels, with all the living areas on the ground floor and a bedroom (2 twin beds 80*200) with its own shower room and wc. Upstairs, 1 shower room with shower and wc, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the 2nd with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have storage space and a desk.
The ground floor offers plenty of space for all the family. The 32m² living room features a sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen (20m²) opens onto the south-east-facing terrace via a bay window. There is an uninterrupted view over a large grassy area, ideal for games (small football goal), and further away, ponies graze peacefully. The setting is ideal for relaxing.
The gîte is on a plot with a group of houses, but it is totally independent and quiet, with its own private outdoor areas. Table tennis available.
Hiking trails start directly from the gîte. Other footpaths 3km away. Greenway 6km away: Laval - La Rincerie (old railway line).
All shops and services are in Craon (9km) or Château-Gontier (14km) (hospital, marina, etc.).
For your leisure activities, don't miss the Robert Tatin museum in Cossé le Vivien (22km), famous for its giant statues. The Musée de l'Ardoise in Renazé (16km). The Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier (14km) is a must-see in Mayenne, with its thousands of animals.
For water sports, there's a marina in Château-Gontier, where you can hire electric boats, pedalos, paddles and kayaks, as well as muscle bikes and electric bikes for young and old to explore the Mayenne towpath or Vélofrancette. Water skiing is also available. There's a lovely pool area with a swimming pool and play areas with a slide. Craon also has a beautiful swimming pool with spa.
The La Rincerie leisure centre at La Selle-Craonnaise, 20 minutes away, offers a swimming pool, woodland, wake park, swin golf, etc.
A day trip to Angers is just 50 minutes away, with its castle and tapestries, the David d'Angers museum and the Botanica leisure park.
