Southwest-facing 20m2 terrace with wooden picnic table.

Additional information:
All parts of the chalet are accessible (including the basement) except for one bedroom upstairs, which remains private but will never be occupied during the tenant's stay.
Arrival possible between 4pm and 8pm, departure 10am.
