In a warm and elegant setting, blending wood, stone and mountain ambiance, our restaurant showcases revisited local cuisine, inspired by local resources and seasonal produce.
Chef Julien CLAUDE and his team create generous, creative dishes that combine traditional flavors with contemporary touches. Specialties from the Vosges blend harmoniously with refined dishes and a selection of carefully chosen wines.
The restaurant is also open for lunch during the Christmas and February vacations.
