Nestled in the heart of the Vosges forest, at an altitude of 1100 meters, the mountain restaurant of Chalet Hôtel Le Collet invites you on a gourmet journey of authenticity and refinement.
In a warm and elegant setting, blending wood, stone and mountain ambiance, our restaurant showcases revisited local cuisine, inspired by local resources and seasonal produce.
Chef Julien CLAUDE and his team create generous, creative dishes that combine traditional flavors with contemporary touches. Specialties from the Vosges blend harmoniously with refined dishes and a selection of carefully chosen wines.
The restaurant is also open for lunch during the Christmas and February vacations.
