The large living room (Wifi, TV, international channels, DVD player) opens onto a large enclosed plot of land and includes a relaxation area warmed in winter by a wood-burning stove, a large table for taking meals together and a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine). The shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. The corridor on the 1st floor leads to 3 warmly decorated bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 twin beds, linen provided) and a separate WC. A lot of comfort and serenity emanate from this house, both elegant and functional.
