Jacques MIGOUT, born in Bénévent in 1812, was a merchant baker and later ironmonger, who grew so wealthy that he became the town's "Banker". To match his lifestyle to his fortune, and certainly to show off his social success, he built this curious dwelling, no doubt ironically named "Château Migout".
Private, but visible from the outside.
