Former wine press, with exposed beams and stone walls, close to the gîte "La Brosse" but completely independent, with a private enclosed garden of 1200 m² and a landscaped, enclosed terrace of 120 m² with barbecue. There are many things to see and do in the region (Loire châteaux, Loire wines, etc.).

Ground floor: spacious 55 m² living room. This includes a sitting area with fireplace, a dining area with the old chateau kitchen table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A large double-sided wood-burning stove completes the electric underfloor heating. Further on, a hallway leads to a linen room, a toilet and a large double bedroom with bathroom.
On the 1st floor, a corridor leads to 2 large triple bedrooms, a double bedroom, a shower room and a toilet.
